We take great pride in producing an environmentally sustainable product which outlasts other man-made alternatives, and can be reused again and again.
In May 2024, we were proud to receive The King’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development -one of only 29 UK businesses recognised. This prestigious honour highlights our commitment to sustainability and the dedication of our team to driving positive change in manufacturing.

Team Midland Lead is passionate about reducing our carbon footprint and we work with sustainability and manufacturing experts (including Toyota and TMUK) to collaborate on our goals.
We’re balancing short-term investment proposals to reduce electricity usage, with long-term strategies to use only clean energy on-site. We’re accountable for the impact we have on our environment, and provide annual ESG reports including our scope 3 carbon footprint.
